1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the AllAccess ticketing platform (www.allaccess.ug) managed by All Events Kampala and related services (the 'Service'). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. TICKET PURCHASE AND OWNERSHIP

  • Tickets purchased through our platform are digital or physical admission rights to the specified event only.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all eligibility requirements for the event.
  • Each ticket is non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the event description. Any unauthorized transfer may result in denial of entry.
  • Tickets remain the property of the event organizer or venue. All Events Kampala acts as the primary ticket agent on behalf of the event.
  • You are responsible for keeping your ticket confirmation secure. Loss or theft of ticket details is not our responsibility.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices displayed are in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Additional fees, including service fees, processing charges, and delivery fees, may apply and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and online payment methods as indicated on the platform.
  • All transactions are final unless a refund or exchange is granted under our refund policy.
  • We are not responsible for payment processing delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Please review the specific event's refund policy before purchasing.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of purchase.
  • Events cancelled by the organizer: Full refund of ticket price (excluding non-refundable fees).
  • Events postponed: Ticket validity is extended to the new date. Refunds are not automatic but may be requested.
  • Buyer-initiated cancellations: Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy, typically 50-100% of ticket price depending on timing.
  • No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the event start time.
  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
  • Service fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable.

5. TICKET VALIDITY AND ENTRY

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified on the ticket.
  • Entry requirements are determined by the event organizer. Valid photo ID may be required.
  • The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals in violation of event policies or Code of Conduct.
  • No entry is permitted after the event has commenced unless the organizer permits otherwise.
  • Lost or damaged tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Digital confirmations should be printed or saved.
  • Duplicate tickets will not be issued. Your original confirmation serves as proof of purchase.

6. USER CONDUCT AND CODE OF CONDUCT

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and event rules. Prohibited conduct includes:
  • Violence, threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other attendees, staff, or performers.
  • Possession or use of illegal drugs, weapons, or banned items as specified by the organizer.
  • Recording or photographing the event without permission (unless explicitly permitted).
  • Reselling or attempting to resell tickets outside approved channels (see Ticket Resale section).
  • Fraudulent purchase, use of stolen payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
  • Disruptive or offensive behavior that interferes with other attendees' enjoyment.
  • Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, legal action, and permanent banning from future events.

7. TICKET RESALE

  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted through our official resale platform or partner channels.
  • Unauthorized resale on third-party platforms may result in ticket cancellation and legal action.
  • Where resale is permitted, a service fee and resale restrictions (price caps, buyer verification) may apply.
  • We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers and reserve the right to deny entry to such tickets.
  • Buyers purchasing from unauthorized sellers do so at their own risk and forfeit all recourse.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • All Events Kampala acts as ticket agent on behalf of event organizers. Disputes regarding event content, performer changes, or cancellations should be directed to the event organizer.
  • We are not liable for: event postponements, cancellations, or changes; performer substitutions; venue changes; or acts of God beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the ticket price paid, excluding consequential or indirect damages.
  • We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform accessibility issues beyond our control.
  • Attendance at events is at your own risk. Event organizers and venues are responsible for safety and security.

9. DATA AND PRIVACY

  • Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used only for transaction processing, event communication, and service improvement.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required to complete ticket purchases.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling practices.
  • You are responsible for protecting your account login credentials. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on our platform, including event descriptions, images, logos, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
  • Event organizers retain all rights to their event materials and promotional content.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or platform use shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  • The parties waive the right to jury trial and agree to binding arbitration for disputes, with proceedings held in Kampala, Uganda.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform, event organizers, venues, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
  • Account termination may result in cancellation of pending or future ticket purchases.
  • Terminated users will forfeit access to all platform features and may be permanently banned from use.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

  • Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. SEVERABILITY

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AllAccess (managed by All Events Kampala) regarding ticket purchases and services. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are superseded by these Terms.
